A Workshop was held to map the tuna value chain in southern India on 28 June 2018. The objectives of the Workshop are to describe the tuna value chains in south India with the help of stakeholders; To better understand the key issues involved; and to use the results to inform the work of the Ocean Partnership Project being implemented by the BOBP with a funding from the World Bank (TF 018233). Twenty-four Participants representing exporter/processing sector, fishers and scientists took part. The outputs of the Workshop are mapping of tuna value chain in eastern and western coast of Southern India. Following are some moments from the Workshop.
